She has represented a variety of clients from diverse industries at different stages of their disputes: from defining dispute resolution strategies and negotiating settlements to conducting arbitration proceedings until the enforcement of the award. Tuuli’s particular focus is international commercial arbitration and in complex international construction disputes. She has represented clients in proceedings conducted under the ICC Rules, the SCC Rules,the ICSID Rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. Tuuli has also been advising clients over dispute avoidance and dispute management related issues at the contract negotiations stage.
Tuuli regularly lectures on international dispute resolution and conflict of laws in universities and conferences around Europe and she has written a number of articles around the same themes. She is also the co-editor of the book ”Arbitration in Finland” and member of the board of the Arbitration Institute of Finland Chamber of Commerce. Tuuli is the founder and former president of New York University School of Law’s International Arbitration Association.
